Golf Instruction at Fairways and Greens

Fairways and Greens was founded on the importance of implementing golf instruction in the pursuit of an improved golf game. Each member may choose to receive private or group instruction with our PGA/LPGA teaching professionals.

Members have continued access to learning in the form of walk-by instruction, as well as weekly classes. In addition, members and guests may schedule private or group instruction year-round with one of our four PGA/LPGA staff instructors.

Teaching professionals utilize the very latest state-of-the-art equipment to help their students gain a better understanding of proper golf fundamentals and technique. The golf instructors of Fairways and Greens are all highly experienced teachers as well as accomplished players. Each is uniquely gifted in teaching the game to all players, regardless of skill level.

Jake Reeves
PGA Teaching Professional

Jake Reeves brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the lesson tee along with notable industry contribution and recognition. His dedication to teaching was inspired by his longtime mentor, PGA Instructor Davis Love Jr. Following his playing career, Jake decided to follow in his mentor’s footsteps and become a full-time instructor. As a PGA Class A Member, Jake has worked with thousands of golf students helping them improve their golf game and overall golf experience. Jake currently works with PGA European Tour Player, Gareth Maybin; LPGA Tour Player, Erica Popson; PGA Tour Player, Peter Malnati; and former PGA Tour Winner and current Champion's Tour Player, Wes Short Jr. 

Teaching Philosophy:

I want all my students to enjoy the game of golf through improvement on their technique and a better understanding of how to play.  Each student is unique, and my job is to help them reach a level of improvement as their commitment to improvement will allow.  I am available to all my students as a medntor, guide, and friend throughout their career.
